South Shore Elite Soccer Academy

About Us

South Shore Elite Soccer Academy, (SESA), believes that individual skills are important, but teamwork wins games.  Our system is based around the premise that in order for soccer players to thrive on the field of play, they must have confidence in their abilities as well as the abilities of their teammates.

Our players train together.  Our players are not just players that share a field.  They are teammates.  By training and competing together year round, our players are able to know where they should be on each play and they are always aware of the location of their teammates.  This awareness of the entire field provides a strong foundation on which to build the individual skills and the team awareness that will provide growth in the game of soccer.

SESA evolved through a group of parents that believed that their children needed more competition, had more room to grow than was offered and wanted more frequent and goal oriented training.  Out teams practice two times a week, play in U.S. Soccer and Just Say Soccer traveling leagues starting at U-7.  We travel to multiple tournaments that will challenge the children and provide a higher standard of competition.
We believe that competition at any age will teach our children how to become a gracious winner, and more importantly a gracious loser.

The teams at SESA are tryout based teams.  Tryouts are open year round and new players are always welcome to tryout for openings that will be posted on our website.  Although we are called South Shore Elite Soccer Academy, we have multiple locations in central and southern Nassau County and welcome players from all over Long Island and Queens County.
