FC SESA SIRENS
Friday May 17th, 2013
The FC SESA Sirens are currently atop the girls U9 Division 1 standings with a record of 6-0-1. The Sirens were promoted to Division 1 after finishing undefeated, while allowing opponents only 1 goal throughout the entire season, in Division 3 in fall 2012.
This season, the Sirens have scored 17 goals over 7 games and have allowed only 5 goals against. The Sirens only tie was against East Islip Lady Red Bulls at a score of 1-1. The FC SESA Sirens have defeated highly competitive teams such as Manhattan Charge, Intense Soccer Academy Breakers and Levittown United.
Although the Sirens are undefeated with only 2 games to go, the Division 1 title is not yet clinched, as Syosset Spirit 6-1-0 and Locust Valley 4-1-1 are still on the schedule. All 3 of these teams have an opportunity to win the Division 1 championship. We look forward to an exciting end to the Sirens U9 Division 1 season.
